We’re so happy you’re here supporting our family-run handmade business. Each item is made with love, care, and attention to detail. Please take a moment to read through our store policies before placing your order.
Refunds & Returns
At HandMadends, every piece is uniquely handmade, which means small variations and imperfections make each item one of a kind. Because of this, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases.
Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before ordering. If you have any questions about an item’s size, color, or materials, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to help before you make your purchase!
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping every order, but sometimes things happen during transit that are out of our control. If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the packaging and affected item(s)
Once we receive your message, we’ll review your claim and provide the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Please note: We’re unable to process claims for issues reported after 7 days of delivery, or for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom or personalized orders are final sale. Please double-check spellings, measurements, and color choices before confirming your order. We do our best to create exactly what you envision!
Shipping & Processing Times
Because every piece is handmade, processing times may vary depending on the item. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days, but larger or custom orders may take longer. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
